We want you to feel confident about Penobscot Bay Dentistry right from the start! We'll happily discuss any concerns you may have about your care. Your initial appointment will also include a consultation explaining your diagnosis and treatment options. Occasionally, treatment can be performed, however, a complex medical history or treatment plan may require a second appointment to provide treatment on a separate day.
Please provide the following at the time of your first visit:
If you have had x-rays taken by other dentists or physicians, please request that they forward them to Penobscot Bay Dentistry, or you may pick them up and bring them with you. If additional images are necessary, they can be taken at our office.
Please alert the office about your medical conditions or medications that may be of concern if dental surgery is required. Conditions include diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves and joints, and rheumatic fever. Medications include heart medications, aspirin, and anticoagulant therapy.
IMPORTANT: A parent or guardian must accompany all patients under the age of 18 on this first visit to Penobscot Bay Dentistry.
